On Sunday, March 29, 2009. Leander J. Kinchen American Legion Ladies
Auxiliary Unit 47 and the Military Order of the Purple Heart Northshore Chapter 741 co-sponsored an Easter Party at the Jackson
War Veterans Home. There was lots of good food and everyone enjoyed playing BINGO. $800.00 in prize money was won by
the residents. A fun time was had by all. Pictures from the event are located below:
