On Monday, October 17, 2011, the Veterans from the
Jackson War Veterans Home visited Robert H. Burns American Legion Post 16. A delicious meal was served by our volunteers
(Gumbo, Potato Salad, Apple Pie al la mode). Bingo was played for the enjoyment of the residents. Commander Stacy Miller and
Ladies Auxiliary President Betty McArthur made monetary donations to the Home which were accepted by Ms. Jackie Wells.
